Phone Support is available Monday through Friday from 9am - 5pm Central Standard Time (CST), unless otherwise stated. Check out our 24/7 Online Support also. The phone numbers are listed at the bottom of this page. Pre-Sales Support Cost: Free Need help deciding what type of stream hosting fits you? Give one of our sales specialists a call - they can tell you about our selection and what they can do for you. Billing Support Cost: Free Have a question about your bill or looking to change your stream? Give our billing department a call - they can help get your station back on track. Limited Free Phone Support Cost: $0 - $60/hour Confused on how to set up your stream and already tried our Free 24/7 Online Support? Give our technical support a call and they can see if they can solve your problem. Please note: There is a 10 minute time limit imposed on these calls; after 10 minutes a support rate of $30 for up to an hour of support will be charged for remote sessions that can be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions requiring same day service will be $60/hour. Emergency Phone Support Cost: Free (If Problem is on SpacialNet's End) Station down and you can't seem to connect to your server? We're there 24/7 for you! Give us a call and we'll fix things. Please note: If the problem is not an issue with SpacialNet then a $30 Per Hour charge will be charged for the call.

Advanced support

Paid Phone Support Cost: $30 Per Hour Looking for someone to help you walk through your setup or answer how to connect-the-dots between your computer and audio equipment? We can do all of that and more, give us a call. Please note: A support rate of $30 for up to an hour of support will be charged for remote sessions that can be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions requiring same day service will be charged $60/hour. Remote Assistance Support Cost: $30 Per Hour for scheduled support and $60/hour for same day support. Your setup not working the way it should and you don't know why? How about one of our support specialists take a look at it with you. We will use Remote Desktop or VNC to help solve your issue for you. Please note: Please note: If support requires us to remote connect into the user’s machine it will be paid support unless the root cause is a software bug.
