We are pleased to announce we have completed integration of a new credit card processing system that will streamline the billing procedure of SpacialNet services. Instead of creating recurring billing subscriptions you can now simply associate your credit card to your SpacialNet account. This will allow SpacialNet to charge your credit card exactly the balance due on the 1st of every month.

We are slowly phasing out the older credit card system and plan to completely shut it down by 1 November 2010.

Please note the following:

* On 1 September 2010 we will "normalize" all services to run from the 1st of the month till the end of the month. That is, if your service expires 16 September we will move the expire date to 1 October 2010 and apply pro-rated charges.

From that point forward all your services will always expire on the 1st of every month and we will also generally charge your credit card on the 1st of every month.

* Unless you pay via PayPal, Check or Bank transfer - you must associate a credit card with your account.

Advantages of the new payment system:

* Simplified billing - all services now get charged on the 1st of the month.
* Only a single charge per month for all your services combined.
* No need to set up recurring subscriptions which can become hard to update and manage.
* Easy to add new services as you can pay immediately for them with your linked credit card.

Tips:

* Even if you pay via PayPal, Check or Bank transfer we will recommend you associate a credit card with your account as a backup payment method to ensure your services never become suspended due to delays in payment.
* You can change and update your credit card details at any time.
